The Supplier, and his Sub-Suppliers, shall operate a quality system satisfying the applicable provision(s) of ISO 9000 (series), or agreed equivalent standard, commensurate with the goods and services provided.

The Supplier shall ensure that his Sub-Suppliers operate a quality system meeting the specified conformance criteria to ISO 9000. The Supplier’s Quality System will be subject to the Purchaser’s approval prior to issue of a Purchase Order. Major Sub-Suppliers will be subject to the same approvals. The Purchaser reserves the right to conduct a Quality Audit at the Supplier’s /Sub-Supplier’s facilities at any stage during manufacture.
