This technical specification covers the requirements for design, manufacture, inspection, testing and supply of skid mounted diesel electrical generator sets. This is intended to supplement the requirements already specified in the relevant international standards and codes, and project documentation referenced in section 4.

This document references the main specifications for the particular items of equipment but VENDOR shall ensure full compliance with ALL referenced specifications, standards and Data Sheets as detailed in the Material Requisition.

Materials of construction and equipment identifier shall be as specified on the equipment data sheet.
