The equipment shall be designed, manufactured, inspected and tested in accordance with the requirements of this Specification, the referenced project documents, the data sheets and other documents referenced therein.

The Codes, Standards and Regulations which follow are the industry codes and standards normally referenced for this type of equipment. All equipment supplied shall conform to all relevant national regulations and local codes and regulations.

The SUPPLIER shall obtain his own copies of the Codes, Standards and Regulations referenced herein, unless specified otherwise. All other international codes, standards referred/listed in the requisition are also applicable. Failure to do so does not relieve the SUPPLIER of his obligation to offer equipment and materials in accordance with the Material Requisition and its attachments

Codes and standards used for this project shall be the latest revisions available at the date of award of the contract.
