Baker Hughes is seeking a dedicated and organized Service/Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our service operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our teams while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining office Health Safety and Security records inclusive of visitor requirements.
  • Creating and managing purchase requisitions, through to PO closure within SAP & Ariba.
  • Keeping an inventory of materials and office supplies.
  • Raising internal purchase order using SAP Ariba system and ordering new materials, PPE’s as needed.
  • Pick, pack, and issue material using the correct manual handling techniques.
  • Keeping an inventory of service tools, arrange calibration of tools, conduct PAT testing of electrical goods.
  • Assigning tools for the upcoming onshore and offshore operations.
  • Creating shipping documents with all relevant documentation.
  • Following up on customs documentation and transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate record in SMAX for all tool movements to and from the site.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have demonstrate experience in administrative/support roles.
  • Have shown solid experience in logistics.
  • Have Displayed attention to detail, having good IT Skills, including experience of SAP.
  • Be able to show a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Have flexible and strong work ethic.
  • Have ability to work in a team and use own initiative.
  • Must be reliable, work safely, and committed to quality service.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
