Performance Mechanical Guarantees – Unless otherwise agreed, the package shall be guaranteed as follows:

• The equipment shall perform satisfactorily under the specific operating conditions detailed on the data sheets, and shall be fit for the intended purpose
• The engine driver shaft power output and heat rate shall be guaranteed.

At least two months prior to the commencement of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) programme, the Supplier shall submit a detailed test procedure(s) incorporating the acceptance criteria (test tolerances) for the Purchaser’s review and approval.

The Supplier shall guarantee the mechanical and structural integrity, workmanship and the materials of construction used.

The Supplier shall guarantee the equipment for the warranty period and the conditions stated in the RFQ.

Following the completion of a successful FAT programme, and the resolution of any outstanding punch list points, an ‘Acceptance Certificate’ will be furnished by the Supplier.

Upon successful completion of installation and commissioning at site, the package shall undergo a 72-hour Site Acceptance Test (SAT) under the Supplier’s supervision to verify all of the performance parameters and mechanical compliance to the applicable codes, standards and data sheet requirements. A noise level test of the package shall also be performed during this site acceptance test. Upon successful completion of all of the tests an acceptance certificate will be issued to the Supplier.
